Plan One - Experience



William Gottlieb began designing homes in 1978 as a residential contractor in Tucson, Arizona. In 1985, Bill moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he designed and built homes for 14 years—winning a succession of prestigious local design awards in every contest he entered.


			In 1999, he moved to Seattle and established Plan One, which focuses exclusively on home and remodel design services for individual clients and builders. His designs quickly captured the respect of Northwest builders and realtors—and the attention of Sunset Magazine, which built one of his designs as its 2001 Redmond Idea Home. Another of Bill's home designs was featured in the 2001 Seattle Street Of Dreams.
